Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of business shall apply to all contracts and orders made with clients by Buswraps.com Inc. and its parent company The Graphics Department Inc. (Hereafter referred to as Buswraps.com)
PRICES: All prices quoted are strictly net, exclusive of graphic design, artwork preparation to print, scans, delivery or installation unless specifically stated. All quotations are valid for 30 days from issue and are subject to review of customer's originals, disks, artwork, and detailed instructions. Buswraps.com reserves the right to alter the price and terms of the quotation if, upon inspection of the clients order, they differ significantly from the specification or timescale understood by Buswraps.com when the quotation was given. Printing prices are quoted for direct output only from client's print ready file.
LEAD TIME: Production lead times commence from receipt of purchase order, cleared payment and any other relevant information. If applicable, production will only commence upon receipt of print ready digital artwork. Lead times could extend if any additional work or special requirements are ordered not included in the original quotation or if there is a delay in client's approval of any required proofs. Production lead times are subject to confirmation at time of placing the purchase order.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: 50% deposit upon placing of order unless otherwise noted. Full payment due in accordance with terms of final invoice. Late fees will be assessed for all past due invoices.
BANK WIRE TRANSFER: Payment made direct from client's account to Buswraps.com company's account. Please note: client's bank will charge a set fee for this facility (this can take up to 3-5 working days to complete) Payment must be received in Buswraps.com's account to commence production and/or dispatch of goods.
COLOR MATCHING: All orders are accepted on the understanding that it is not always possible to guarantee an accurate color balance and Buswraps.com will not be liable for failure to do so. Without special instructions or color guide color reproduction will be at the discretion of our experienced technicians. Color matching cannot be guaranteed between prints from the same origination printed at different times.
SERVICE AND DELIVERY: Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Please check your delivery thoroughly as claims for damages will not be accepted once the delivery note has been signed for in good condition. Any shortages or damage must be noted on the carriers paperwork and be reported to Buswraps.com. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Any damage incurred to goods in transit should be signed for as damaged and reported to Buswraps.com within 5 working days. Buswraps.com cannot accept any claim for consequential loss no matter how caused.
CLAIMS: Any other issue with goods received from Buswraps.com must be reported to Buswraps.com in writing within 5 working days from receipt of goods by client or his agent. It is necessary that all relevant work and original material be returned to Buswraps.com.
LIABILITY: Buswraps.com will take all reasonable care in handling Client's materials. Buswraps.com advises all Clients to insure their materials for their full value against all risks, loss or damage at all times, including transit to and from Buswraps.com’Äôs premises. Where original materials are submitted to Buswraps.com on computer disk or other electronic or digital erasable media, the Client is advised to retain a copy for safe keeping. The Client shall inform Buswraps.com in writing, if they do not have additional copies.
FORCE MAJEURE: Buswraps.com shall not be liable for failure to carry out any contract owing to an act of God, war strikes, lock-outs, fire, storm, breakdown of machinery or any other cause above and beyond our control or owing to inability to procure materials or services except at increased prices.
DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable after 30 days and if refunded within 30 days a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the credited amount. All refund requests are to be made in writing.
